All our tables are dispatched with DHL or DPD with smaller orders dispatched with Royal Mail.

For all orders placed before 12.00pm, we offer next business day table arrival. Please note that in exceptional circumstances a table may take an additional day to be sorted through our couriers own distribution network. Thankfully this is an extremely rare occurrence and 99.9% of deliveries arrive on time, however we ask you to bear this in mind should you need a table urgently!

The following massage table delivery charges apply as per region:

Northern Ireland: £13.50 per Massage Table.

Scottish Highlands: £13.50 for each massage table. Please note an additional delivery charge may be incurred to the following Postcodes: KW, HS, IV, PA20+, PH4+, ZE, KW.

Islands of Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man: £19.95 per massage table.

We understand a product can be chosen that’s not entirely suitable for the needs of an individual therapist. We’re pleased to offer a 30 day return policy on any unused item that a customer wants to send back to us. Simply get in touch via phone or email and we’ll help you through the return process.

I don't use this for neck but actually for the hips for an elderly client of mine, it works wonders for her! Quick delivery and feels and looks really good too. Great.

Unfortunately this wasn't fit for the purpose of what I needed it for. I contacted the customer helpline who immediately emailed me a return number and address. Within a week of sending it back I receieved a refund for the bolster. I can't fault the quality of the bolster nor the support from the amazing team, and will purchase a new bolster once I have done some more research on what bolster size will suit my therapy practice.
