Returns Policy
Here at Massage Store we understand that a massage table is an important investment and we would hope that all our customers are 100% happy with the table they have chosen from our collection. Sometimes, it can be a case that, even with a lot of research undertaken, the table chosen simply isn't right for the therapist. For customer peace of mind we're happy to offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy for all new and unused massage tables.
When your table arrives, you are welcome inspect it but not use it for an actual treatment. If you are sure it is not the right table for you, simply repackage it in the orginal packaging with all accessories as you found them. Then, pop us a message with a photo of the packaging, what exactly from your order you are returning as well as the reason you wish to return it. We will then provide you with an RMA number as well as our returns address.
Please note that the cost of returning an unsuitable table lies with the customer. In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or incorrect table arriving to a customer, we will of course organise and cover the return.
Once the returned order has arrived back to us, we will issue a full refund or exchange to the payment method that was used to pay for the order.
