Where is Massage Store Based?
Massage Store is based in the United Kingdom. Our warehouse where all our products are stored is in Ford, about an hour away from Portsmouth. Our customer support team is also based in the UK.
How Much is Shipping?
Shipping for all massage tables is free in the mainland UK. For orders under £100 shipping is £3.97. Please click here to see our international shipping rates.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
If you order before 11.45am Monday-Friday, your order will leave our warehouse that same day to arrive the following business day (Mainland UK only). If you order after 11.45am, it will arrive in two business days. For international orders, delivery time varies per country but please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
How Did You Select Your Products?
We designed our own products after years liaising with members of the massage industry, listening to their opinions and feedback. Taking all this first hand knowledge on board we were able to create a collection we truly believed served the therapist community and their treatments!

What Happens If My Order Doesn't Arrive Or It Arrives Damaged/Incorrect?
All our orders undergo stringent quality control before leaving our warehouse. However, in the unlikely event of your order arriving in less than perfect condition, we will honour your purchase and collect the damaged product and replace it with a new one.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal and Shop Pay. Our Payment Portal is 100% Encrypted and Secured for total peace of mind.
Can I Return My Order?
Of course. We understand a table or product might not be right for you and are pleased to offer a 30 day return period. Please note we only accept back new and unused items in their original packaging. Click here to read our Returns Policy in full.
